Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, extraction, transmission, commercial use or other exploitation of Website Content without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

8. Customer and Third-Party Trademarks

The Website may display names, trademarks, logos, product names or other distinctive signs belonging to customers, suppliers, business partners or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display of such trademarks or other distinctive signs does not imply that Free S.r.l. owns them or has acquired ownership rights over them.

All trademarks, logos and distinctive signs remain the property of their respective owners.

Their presence on the Website may serve exclusively to identify projects, products, customers or collaborations in which Free S.r.l. has been involved.

9. Use of Customer Names, Trademarks, Logos and Project Images

By commissioning a project or placing an order with Free S.r.l., and where these Terms and Conditions have been incorporated into or expressly accepted as part of the relevant contractual relationship, the Customer authorises Free S.r.l., on a free-of-charge and non-exclusive basis, to use and reproduce, at its discretion, the Customer's trade name, company name, trademark, logo and other distinctive signs, as well as photographs or images of the finished products manufactured by Free S.r.l., solely for the purpose of presenting and promoting Free S.r.l.'s activities and documenting projects carried out for its customers.

This authorisation includes the possibility, at Free S.r.l.'s discretion, of displaying the Customer and the relevant project in:

  • the Website portfolio;

  • case studies;

  • institutional sections;

  • commercial sections;

  • presentations;

  • digital communications;

  • other digital materials directly related to the activities of Free S.r.l.

Free S.r.l. may, at its discretion, accompany the relevant material with:

  • the Customer's name;

  • the Customer's trademark or logo;

  • photographs of the finished product;

  • a brief description of the project;

  • a brief description of the product or collaboration.

Free S.r.l. is free to determine whether, when and which projects are published, and the Customer shall not acquire any right to require the publication of its project, trademark, logo or products.

The use of the Customer's name, trademark, logo and images shall be limited to descriptive, illustrative, institutional and commercial purposes relating to the activities of Free S.r.l. and to projects actually carried out by Free S.r.l.

Such use does not imply, and must not be interpreted as implying, any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, joint venture, corporate relationship or other commercial relationship between Free S.r.l. and the Customer other than the relationship that actually exists.

Free S.r.l. shall not represent the Customer as a commercial partner, distributor, sponsor, official partner or affiliated entity unless such relationship actually exists or has been expressly agreed in writing.

Free S.r.l. shall not use the Customer's name, trademark, logo or project images in contexts that are reasonably likely to damage the Customer's reputation, image or business activities.

Free S.r.l. shall not substantially alter the Customer's trademark or distinctive signs in a manner that changes their identity or meaning.

The Customer represents and warrants that it is entitled to grant the authorisation described in this clause and that the use of the Customer's name, trademark, logo and any materials supplied by or on behalf of the Customer does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Where photographs, graphics, texts, logos, designs or other materials are supplied by the Customer or by parties acting on the Customer's behalf, the Customer represents that it has obtained all rights, licences and authorisations necessary for the relevant use.

If the Customer does not wish its name, trademark, logo, photographs or information relating to a project to be published or used for the purposes described above, the Customer may notify Free S.r.l. at any time by written communication to sales@free-print.it.

Upon receipt of such request, Free S.r.l. shall remove the relevant materials from the Website and from digital spaces under its direct control within a reasonable period, taking into account the technical time required to update or modify the relevant digital content.

Removal of the material from the Website shall not affect any lawful use that may have already occurred before the removal request, nor shall it require the recall or destruction of printed or previously distributed materials.

The authorisation granted under this clause does not involve any transfer of ownership of the Customer's trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs or other intellectual property rights.

All such rights remain with their respective owners.

  • illustrations;

  • designs;

  • technical documentation;

  • other intellectual property;

the Customer remains responsible for ensuring that Free S.r.l. may lawfully use such materials for the purposes for which they are supplied.
